We are a family-owned business with two convenient locations serving the Greater Richmond area. Our Highland Springs showroom, located at 106 W Nine Mile Road, is your neighborhood source for quality new, used, scratch and dent, and refurbished appliances , all at prices that make real sense for real families.
We opened because we believe you shouldn’t have to pay full retail for a great appliance. National chain stores add heavy markups. Private sellers offer no accountability. Our Inspection Promise
We test cooling performance on refrigerators, run full wash cycles on washers, check heat and drum function on dryers, verify all burners and oven elements on ranges, and confirm all cycles on dishwashers and microwaves. What you see is what you get , no surprises after delivery.
Warranty Included
Used appliances come with a 90-day warranty. Scratch and dent and open box units may carry coverage up to 1 year. Extended warranty plans are also available , from 1 year to 5 years , covering refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, wall ovens, cooktops, washers, dryers, and more.
