How Delivery Works
- All deliveries handled by an independent third-party delivery company
- Appliance Worlds RVA is not responsible for any damages during delivery
- We coordinate delivery only — we do not conduct deliveries ourselves
- Delivery available within 60 miles — covering Chesterfield & Midlothian, Williamsburg & New Kent, and Goochland, Hanover & Ashland
- Re-delivery charges apply if a delivery attempt fails
- An additional $50 fee applies for any appliance exchange during delivery
If your appliance is damaged during delivery, document it with photos immediately and contact the delivery company. We will assist with the claims process. Questions? See our Refund & Returns Policy.
